Add white sanding sugar to a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of a wine glass with a citrus wedge and submerge in the sugar until coated.
Fill the prepared glass with ice. Add elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice, Seagram’s Escapes Berry Mimosa and prosecco. Stir to combine.
For garnish, press a toothpick through the center of a cranberry to make a hole. Thread the cranberry and a raspberry through the stem of a rosemary sprig. Place in the drink and enjoy!
