INGREDIENTS

• 1 strawberry, plus more for garnish
• 1 oz tequila
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1/2 cup Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy
• Sea salt, for rim
• Watermelon slice, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add sea salt to a shallow dish. Run a lime slice around the edge of a margarita glass then dip in salt until the rim is coated.
2. Slice strawberry and add to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until broken down. Add tequila, lime juice and ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain mixture into the prepared margarita glass over ice. Top with Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy. If desired, garnish with watermelon and a strawberry.
