PREP TIME

15 minutes, 6+ hours freezing

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Glow
  • 1 750ml bottle prosecco
  • 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Sugar, for rims
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare Ice - Equally divide raspberries and mint into each ice cube mold. Fill with water. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen solid.
  2. Add raspberry, mint, ice, Jamaican Me Glow, cranberry juice, club soda, lemon and berries to a punch bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Prepare wine glasses with a sugar rim by wetting the rims with citrus juice and submerging in sugar until coated. Divide the drinks into the glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig.
