Prepare Ice - Equally divide raspberries and mint into each ice cube mold. Fill with water. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen solid.
Add raspberry, mint, ice, Jamaican Me Glow, cranberry juice, club soda, lemon and berries to a punch bowl. Stir to combine.
Prepare wine glasses with a sugar rim by wetting the rims with citrus juice and submerging in sugar until coated. Divide the drinks into the glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig.
